Yoga can help you create physical, spiritual, and emotional well being. Bonnie McDonald talks with Alana Taylor of Think Yoga about her practice and what benefits students get from a regular yoga practice.
Alana came to yoga after a personal loss and found the practice so helpful that she studied to become a Hatha Yoga teacher.
Acceptance and Growth
The practice includes accepting your body as it is and gently using yoga to improve flexibility and overall health.
All students are welcome at all levels. Bonnie described feeling loved and welcomed in her first class as someone new to yoga.
